了用分析润滑油的方法诊断柴油机的内部状况，人为地造成两种柴油机故障并对此进行检验。一是曲轴和主轴承或曲柄销轴承间的烧损，二是活塞和气缸间的过热。每种试验各用两台柴油机进行。试验中定时采集机油样，用铁谱图分析油样中的磨耗粒子，揭示柴油机损伤程度与故障各阶段所产生磨耗粒子的关系。
In order to diagnose the internal condition of the diesel engine by analyzing the lubricating oil, two types of diesel engines were artificially damaged and tested. First, the crankshaft and main bearing or crankpin bearing between the burning, the second is the piston and cylinder overheating. Two diesel engines are used for each type of test. In the experiment, the oil samples were collected periodically, and the worn particles in the oil samples were analyzed by using iron spectrum to reveal the relationship between the degree of diesel engine damage and the worn particles generated in each phase of the fault.
