在石油厂的检修工作和操作中,往往有害气体对工人健康危害很大,并影响生产及检修的顺利进行。我们在工作中创造了一种安全保护装置,可在下列情况下使用:(1)低温干馏炉检修时有加盲板和拆盲板的现象,这时瓦斯逸出,使工人不能工作;(2)清扫油罐、铁路槽车、塔等设备时,其中有油气存在,影响工人健康;(3)汽油加铅处气体对人体有害;(4)其他各种有有害气体存在的情况。安全保护装置的结构如图所示。压缩空气经过活性炭过滤以后,进入空气包,包内压力用调节凡尔调
In the overhaul and operation of petroleum plants, harmful gases often have a great harm to workers’ health and affect the smooth progress of production and overhaul. We have created a safety protection device in our work which can be used under the following conditions: (1) There is a phenomenon that blind and disassembled blinds are used in the maintenance of the cryogenic retort; meanwhile, the gas escapes, so that the workers can not work; ( 2) When cleaning oil tanks, railway tankers, towers and other equipment, there is oil and gas that may affect the health of workers; (3) Gas at gasoline and lead is harmful to the human body; and (4) Other kinds of harmful gases exist. The structure of safety protection device is shown in the figure. Compressed air after activated carbon filter, into the air bag, the package pressure is adjusted with the tone
