研究社会转型时期社区思想政治工作的问题,是构建和谐社会对思想政治工作提出的迫切要求。基于此,从加强城市社区思想政治工作的必要性出发,分析当前城市社区思想政治工作存在的问题,通过结合城市社区思想政治工作的特殊性,探索有助于提升社区思想政治工作实效性的具体途径。
The study of the problem of the ideological and political work in the community during the period of social transition is an urgent requirement for the ideological and political work in building a harmonious society. Based on this, starting from the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political work of urban communities, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current urban community's ideological and political work. By combining the particularity of ideological and political work in urban communities, it explores the specifics that will help enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work in the community way.
