提出了先以实测数据拟合出适用的数学模型，再编制出软件，利用单板机进行实时处理并输出轧制压力值和超限报警信号的方法来实现对大、中型轧钢机操作的监控。
It is put forward that the suitable mathematic model should be fitted by the measured data, then the software should be compiled, and the real-time processing by the single-board computer and the output of rolling pressure value and over limit alarm signal to monitor the operation of large and medium-sized rolling mills .
