目的:收集不同产地、不同采收时间的野鸢尾样本,建立指纹图谱,为野鸢尾质量控制提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法测定,以乙腈-水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为265 nm。结果:18份样品有9个共有峰,共有峰相对保留时间RSD≤0.45%,相对峰面积差异大,RSD最高达到125.34%。结论:该研究建立的指纹图谱条件稳定,重现性良好,可用于野鸢尾的质量控制,为进一步开发利用野鸢尾提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To collect wild iris samples from different producing areas and different harvesting times, and to establish a fingerprinting map to provide the basis for the quality control of wild iris. Methods: The HPLC method was used to elute gradient acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results: There were 9 common peaks in 18 samples, the relative peak retention time was RSD≤0.45%, and the relative peak area was quite different. The maximum RSD was 125.34%. Conclusion: The fingerprint of this study is stable and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Iris indica, providing a basis for further development and utilization of Iris.
