张传凯:康成元先生身为中国人民解放军海军副政委,中将军衔,公务、军政之余从事书法艺术创作研究近几十年,对书法传统的继承全面而且深入,目前在书法艺术创作上已达到了很高的水平。康成元将军的书法创作实践走的是传统的、以碑为主、碑帖结合的道路。他在多年的实践与创作中主攻《爨宝子碑》,兼攻《好大王碑》等,经过几十年磨砺,逐渐形成了雄浑博大、劲健凝重的风格,实属难能可贵。
