技术出口分为工业技术(成套设备、工业产权及专有技术、咨询服务等)和非工业技术的出口(如某些医疗技术、建筑技术),而工业技术的出口是主要的技术出口项目。工业技术的出口依赖于技术供应和需求两个方面。对于出口技术的需求来自国外市场,出口技术的供应则主要依赖于我国工业的发展。所以,考察我国技术出口的发展既要考察国外市场对我国技术的需求,也要考察我国技术出口的能力。本文着重考察我国工业发展对我技术出口的影响。
Technology exports are divided into industrial technology (sets of equipment, industrial property and proprietary technology, consulting services, etc.) and non-industrial technology exports (such as certain medical technology, construction technology), while the export of industrial technology is the main technology export project. The export of industrial technology depends on both technical supply and demand. The demand for export technology comes from foreign markets, and the supply of export technology depends mainly on the development of China’s industry. Therefore, to investigate the development of China’s technology exports, it is necessary to examine the foreign market’s demand for China’s technology and also examine the capabilities of China’s technology exports. This article focuses on the impact of China’s industrial development on my technology exports.
