为了帮助企业搞好生产经营,我们曾到一些合资、合作企业进行调查,发现了一些问题,归纳有如下几点: 1、材料靠进口、产品出口外销的企业,因为“两头在外”,我方难于掌握国外市场信息,特别是镇村办的合资、合作企业,在外没有机构,不能了解原材料的进价和产品的售价,外商从中抬高原材料进价,压低产品外销价导致我方吃亏。这类企业多数都经营“亏损”。我们在调查中,发现一些外商搞合资、合作企业不是本着办好企业盈利的渠道赚钱,而是通过代购设备、原材料和外销产品环节赚钱,用抬高设备、原材料价格和庄低产品的外销价格等方式来蚕食企业,结果造成企业“亏损”。
