近年来 ,随着国际互联网的扩展与延伸 ,一个由看不见的线路连接而成的“虚拟社会”正逐渐变为现实。当网络还仅用于军事、科研领域时 ,它与我们的生活还存在一定的距离 ,但是当人们通过电子邮件互致问候 ,在网上聊天、购物、拍卖、竞价 ,从网上获取信息时 ,它就和我们紧密连续在一起。我们现实生活中的某些社会行为被搬到了网络上 ,在现实社会中生活 ,我们的行为主要依靠道德和法律来调节 ,网络社会中的行为也不例外。因而 ,正当人们兴奋地讨论怎样为互联网制定相关的法律规范时 ,我想 ,网络社会的道德建设也是件刻不容缓的事了。
