教育部党组书记、部长陈宝生曾指出,“一、基础教育是中国教育的基础,教师是基础的基础;二、高等教育是中国教育的战略制高点,教师是制高点的制高点。三、立德树人是教育的根本任务,培养教师是根本的根本。”陈宝生部长所提出的教育战略、宏伟蓝图,归根结底需要每一名教师落实于具体的教学之中,由此可见,教师是落实教育方针,实现教学目标的关键角色。对于舞蹈教育来说,亦是如此,无论是舞蹈专业教育,还是舞蹈素质教育,无论是在中等职业教育范畴
