乌东德水电站是金沙江下游河段规划建设的一等大(1)型工程,建设规模巨大;建设征地移民人数较多,安置任务较重,且为跨省界水库,协调工作量大,情况较为复杂。水电水利规划设计总院作为水电行业技术管理归口单位,历时两年时间,针对乌东德水电站移民安置规划大纲、移民安置规划报告设计文件,会同四川、云南两省移民管理机构开展了一系列技术评审活动,顺利完成了设计文件评审任务,为加快推进移民前期工作奠定了基础,成功突破了移民工作这一制约乌东德水电站项目核准的瓶颈。通过回顾两年来乌东德水电站移民安置规划设计技术评审工作,分析归纳工作特点和经验,并结合多年的工作实践进行一些思考。以期能够为以后移民安置规划设计技术评审工作提供一些借鉴和参考。

By reviewing the technical review of resettlement planning and design of Wudongde Hydropower Station over the past two years, the characteristics and experience of the work were analyzed and summarized, combined with many years of work practice to make some thinking. With a view to provide some reference and reference for future resettlement planning and design review.
