为与国家标准及其他类型的建筑材料按强度分级的表达相一致,水工混凝土由设计标号改为用强度等级表示。水工混凝土结构设计规范修订后,由于无与强度等级相配套的常规混凝土配合比,给水利水电工程建设投资估算、概算、施工预算、结算及工程决算等投资控制方面带来困难。因此,修编水工混凝土常规配合比定额势在必行。
In line with the state-of-the-art expression of the strength of the national standard and other types of building materials, the hydraulic concrete is replaced by the designation of the design with an intensity rating. After the revision of the code for design of hydraulic concrete structure, it is difficult to control the investment of water conservancy and hydropower project construction investment estimate, budget estimate, construction budget, settlement and project final accounts due to no mix ratio of conventional concrete with strength grade. Therefore, it is imperative to revise the regular mix ratio of hydraulic concrete.
