我个人认为,在中蒙两围合作中的主流是互利共赢。两国都需要通过合作发展自己。这是共识。在2003年6月胡锦涛主席访问蒙古,与蒙古国总统达成了共识——发展睦邻互信伙伴关系,这个关系,从03年至今已经5年多了,两国关系的健康发展证明了共识的正确性。睦邻互信伙伴的内涵就是政治上互信、经济上互利、文化上互鉴、安全上互助。
I personally think that the mainstream of cooperation between China and Mongolia is mutual benefit and win-win. Both countries need to develop themselves through cooperation. This is a consensus. In June 2003, President Hu Jintao paid a visit to Mongolia and reached a consensus with the President of Mongolia - to develop a partnership of good neighbors and mutual trust. This relationship has been more than five years since 2003 and the sound development of the bilateral relations proves the correctness of the consensus . The connotation of a good neighborly and trustworthy partner is political mutual trust, economic mutual benefit, cultural reflection and mutual assistance for security.
