当前,我国经济发展迅速,人们商品意识不断提高,但是部分地区法律意识却没有得到相应的提高,拐卖儿童犯罪日益猖獗且越演越烈,同时也给受害的家庭造成难以弥补的伤害,引起了一系列的问题,严重影响着社会的安定。因此,必须采取防御为主,打击为辅,打防结合以及加强法制宣传教育,建立信息情报系统等多项措施,才能有效遏制此类犯罪的势头。
