扶沟县是河南省地氟病重病区,改水任务大。我们在降氟改水实践中,组建了一支由县地病办直接领导的改水专业队伍—农村降氟改水安装管理公司。“公司”推行了承包责任制,分设了钻探、测绘、安装、维修、管理等专业小组。实行了“一条龙”作业法,加快了改水进度。五年共完成101处改水工程,受益人口近7万人。工程费用由原来的人均24.36元降至21.24元。平均减少了13.3%。通过“建管结合”的有效管理,改水工程常年使用率达92.3%使之充分发挥了社会效益和经济效益。
Fugou County is endemic to endemic fluorosis in Henan Province, to change the water task. In the practice of reducing fluoride to water, we set up a professional team of water change professionals led directly by the county to run the disease-fluoride reduction and installation management company in rural areas.
