本刊“临床病理讨论”及“临床病例讨论”栏,以其密切联系临床实践、汇集各方经验与智慧受到读者欢迎。但过去刊登的资料,皆为教学或科研单位举行临床病理讨论会的记录,参与讨论者亦多集中在少数专家范围内。为了使广大读者,特别是基层的专业医务工作者也能参加讨论,本刊特辟“大家谈”一栏,选载一些病例或众所关心的临床实践问题,请读者踊跃参加讨论。 本期特选登一份病历摘要,邀请大家以笔谈形式,作一次临床病理讨论会。本次讨论,不限主题,请读者各述所见,就你想到的诊断、治疗问题,提出意见。稿件宜短小,约400字,寄本刊编辑部即可。
Articles “clinical pathology discussion” and “clinical case discussion” column, with its close contact with clinical practice, bring together the experience and wisdom of all readers are welcome. However, the data published in the past were all records of clinical and pathological seminars conducted by teaching or research institutes and the participants were mostly concentrated in the minority of experts. In order to enable readers, especially the professional medical workers at the grassroots level, to participate in the discussion, this publication sets out a special column entitled “Everyone Talks,” which contains some cases or clinical practice questions of great concern. Please readers to actively participate in the discussion. The current issue of a summary of medical records, inviting everyone to form a pen to make a clinicopathological discussion. This discussion, not limited to topics, please read the various readers, you think of the diagnosis, treatment problems, make comments.
