目的贯彻落实《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》以及其他国家法律法规的有关要求,识别、分析建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,并评价其危害程度,为建设项目职业病危害分类管理提供科学依据。方法采用类比法、检查表法。结果该项目拟设计的各项职业卫生防护措施和职业卫生管理制度基本符合国家有关法律、标准、规范的要求,但仍存在设计上的不足。结论建设单位如能按照本评价提出的建议加以补充和完善设计,其工作场所职业病危害因素浓度(强度)可以达到国家职业卫生标准的要求,因此该建设项目可行。
Objective To implement the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases” and other relevant laws and regulations of the country, identify and analyze the potential hazards of occupational diseases in construction projects, and evaluate their harm to provide a scientific basis for the classification and management of occupational hazards in construction projects. Methods using analogy, check the table method. Results The various occupational health protection measures and occupational health management systems to be designed in this project basically met the requirements of relevant national laws, standards and norms, but there were still some design deficiencies. Conclusion If the construction unit can supplement and perfect the design according to the suggestions made in this evaluation, the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards in the workplace can meet the requirements of the national occupational health standards. Therefore, the construction project is feasible.
