做法点评近年来,湖南省把搭建街道社区劳动保障平台作为再就业工作的当务之急来抓,按照“功能完善、运行规范、制度配套、管理有序、服务高效”的目标,不断加大工作力度,采取切实措施,积极推进平台建设,取得了新的进展。街道社区劳动保障平台已经发挥了明显作用。湖南省作为经济欠发达地区,能够克服困难,整体推进平台建设,其做法给我们以启示:一是各级政府对此项工作高度重视,把平台建设作为政府的具体工作目标,有部署、有要求、有措施,积极抓好,这是推进平台建设的重要保证。他们将平台建设纳入全省就业工作目标管理考评体系,列入省市县政府层层签订的目标责任状中,作为政府工作实绩考核的一项重要内容。各地区也能量化考核指标,将工作责任分解到有关部门和街道社区,做到了目标明确,任务清楚,有力地推动了这项工作的开展。二是有关部门各司其责、相互配合,形成了合力。全省有86个县区以上政府成立
