目的:研究医院消毒供应中心应用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)治疗的临床效果,确保压力蒸汽灭菌后在应用医疗器械的安全和质量。方法:运用HACCP原理和程序实施研究分析。结果:医院消毒供应中心医疗器械刷洗、消毒、除锈、装配、检查、灭菌前准备、打包、无菌物品卸载、灭菌操作9个操作步骤执行不合格明显对压力蒸汽灭菌后医疗器械安全和质量产生明显的影响,被确认为9个关键控制点。确定了9个关键控制点阈值、纠偏措施及监控手段,在医院消毒供应中心完整的建立了HACCP体系,同时对其实施了有效的验证。结论:医院消毒供应中心切实实施了卫生行业标准,在消毒技术规范的基础上实施HACCP系统是确保复用医疗器械质量安全的有效方法。通过对消毒供应中心HACCP体系进行了解之后,监督员能够重点监督关键控制点,提升监督效率。
OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical effectiveness of applying HACCP to hospital disinfection supply centers to ensure the safety and quality of medical devices after steam sterilization. Results: The hospital disinfection supply center medical equipment scrub, disinfection, rust, assembly, inspection, preparation before sterilization, packing, unloading of sterile items, sterilization operation 9 steps failed to perform significantly after steam sterilization of medical equipment Safety and quality have a significant impact, has been identified as 9 key control points. Nine key control point thresholds, corrective measures and monitoring measures were determined. The HACCP system was completely established in the hospital disinfection supply center, and effective validation was carried out at the same time. Conclusion: The hospital disinfection supply center has implemented the health industry standards. The implementation of HACCP system based on the disinfection technical specifications is an effective way to ensure the quality and safety of the reused medical devices. After understanding the HACCP system of disinfection and supply center, supervisors can supervise the key control points and enhance supervision efficiency.
