目的:分析在病案管理工作中质量控制的应用效果。方法:选取我院5个科室,对比质量控制前及质量控制后病案管理工作的效果。结果:通过对病案管理进行相应的质量控制,可将病案管理质量显著提高,甲级病案率不断上升,乙级病案率有所下降,丙级病案有效杜绝。结论:在病案管理中应用质量控制能将病案管理质量不断提高。
Objective: To analyze the application effect of quality control in medical record management. Methods: Five departments in our hospital were selected to compare the effect of medical records management before and after quality control. Results: Through the corresponding quality control of medical record management, the quality of medical record management can be significantly improved. The grade A medical record rate is continuously rising, the medical record record of Class B is decreased, and the record of Grade C medical record is effectively eliminated. Conclusion: Applying quality control in case management can improve the quality of case management.
