手镜细胞白血病是一类具有特殊细胞形状变化和免疫反应的白血病,近年来研究渐多。本文就此类白血病及有关手镜细胞的文献加以综述如下。命名与由来 1931年LeWis发现大鼠细胞具有运动现象,镜下见细胞前部增大,内含胞核,后为狭长伪足样尾部,形状有如手镜的镜面与镜柄,故称“手镜细胞”(Hand mirror cell,HMC)。以后于多种疾病中发现,并以骨髓中HMC增多的白血病称为手镜细胞白血病,认为预后较好,渐引起人们的注意。
Goggles leukemia is a type of leukemia with special cell shape changes and immune response, and more and more studies have been done in recent years. This article reviews the literature on such leukemias and lens-related cells as follows. Naming and Origin In 1931, LeWis found that rat cells had a movement phenomenon. In the microscope, the anterior part of the cell was enlarged, the nucleus was covered, and the tail was long and narrow pseudopodia. The shape was like the mirror and the handle of the mirror, Hand mirror cell (HMC). Later found in a variety of diseases, and increased bone marrow HMC leukemia called hand mirror cell leukemia, that the prognosis is better, gradually aroused people’s attention.
