遗传性球形细胞增多症(Hereditary-Spheroytosis)简称遗球,较为少见,尤其成人。我院白血病小组76年曾报告两例小儿。现报道成人一例。男,20岁,两岁始巩膜发黄,左上腹包块,胀满不适。每於发烧,“感冒”时加重。近四月巩膜皮肤黄染加重,明显乏力。体检:营养发育良好,浅淋巴结未扪及。巩膜明显黄染。心肺(-)。腹软,肝大肋下1.5cm。剑下3.5cm,上界位于第五肋间,脾大:A 线
Hereditary spherocytosis (Hereditary-Spheroytosis) referred to as the ball, relatively rare, especially in adults. 76 cases of leukemia in our hospital had reported two cases of children. An adult case is now reported. Male, 20 years old, two years old sclera yellow, left upper quadrant mass, fullness discomfort. Every time I have a fever, I get aggravated when I get a cold. Nearly four sclera skin yellow dye increased, obviously weak. Physical examination: good nutrition, no palpable lymph nodes. Sclera obvious yellow dye. Cardiopulmonary (-).
