按P1×P2不完全双列杂交设计,用NCⅡ分析方法,对6个玉米自交系的9个性状的配合力及其群体遗传参数进行研究。结果表明:郑311、郑314和郑388的一般配合力高,可直接利用;而郑312、郑315和郑389综合性状较差,需改良后利用;郑388×昌7-2等8个组合具有较强的杂种优势,有一定的增产潜力。在育种工作中,对玉米的株高等7个性状宜早代选择,而对穗粒重等2个性状应进行晚代选择。
According to the incomplete diallel cross design of P1 × P2, the combining ability of 9 traits and their population genetic parameters of 6 maize inbred lines were studied by NC Ⅱ method. The results showed that the general combining ability of Zheng 311, Zheng 314 and Zheng 388 was high and could be used directly. However, the comprehensive characters of Zheng 312, Zheng 315 and Zheng 389 were poor, which needed to be improved and used; 8 Zheng 888 × Chang 7-2 Combination has a strong heterosis, there is a certain yield potential. In the breeding work, seven traits of maize plant height should be selected as early as the early generation, and two traits should be selected for the later generation.
