图书馆学科馆员是为学校教学科研服务的专业馆员,作为院校的文献信息中心,在当今信息技术背景下必须改变以往传统观念,注重实现创新举措,学科馆员在为读者知识服务过程中应发挥积极作用,为学校的教学科研提供更深层的知识服务,在图书馆与院系之间架起传递知识信息的“桥梁”。关键词:学科馆员;知识服务;文献信息随着信息技术与计算机技术的发展,应当加快观念的更新,主张创新,借助管理创新服务平台使读者更好地享受文献信息服务,从而使学校教学工作与科研工作进展更加顺利。学科馆员通过建立高效的信息交流机制,构建以需求为导向的学科信息组织,保持高度前瞻性,通过开展更深层次的情报相关工作,整合并完善现有学科资源,从而优化服务质量。学科馆员不仅仅作为提供学科化知识服务的主要人员,还应当积极主动解决科研人员与学生的问题。
Librarians in the library are professional librarians who serve the teaching and research of schools.
