回采巷道在掘进和回采期间都会受到上工作面采空区侧向支承压力和采动动压的叠加影响,如果巷道支护参数不合理,很容易造成巷道断面收敛严重,影响巷道的正常使用。本文以王庄煤矿5216工作面运输平巷为工程背景,分析了巷道在掘进和回采期间的变形破坏机理,并运用数值模拟的研究方法比较不同加固方案下巷道围岩的应力分布和变形量大小,确定了最合理的巷道加固方案,在现场应用中取得了良好的加固效果。
During the process of roadheading and excavation, the mining roadway will be affected by the superposition of the side bearing pressure and mining dynamic pressure on the goaf. If the supporting parameters of the roadway are not reasonable, it is easy to cause serious convergence of the roadway section and affect the normal use of the roadway. In this paper, the transport lane of 5216 working face in Wangzhuang Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background, the deformation and failure mechanism of roadway during excavation and recovery is analyzed, and the stress distribution and deformation of the surrounding rock under different reinforcement schemes are compared by numerical simulation , To determine the most reasonable roadway reinforcement program, in the field application has achieved good reinforcement effect.
