西林钢铁集团公司炼铁总厂450m3高炉投产运行后,不断完善操作控制参数,对特殊炉况采取相应的防范措施进行预防性处理,现高炉炉况长期稳定顺行,主要生产技术经济指标较为理想。 1 高压操作 450m3高炉必须进行高压操作,一方面有利于炉况顺行,有效抑制悬崩料;另一方面可强化高炉操作,保证煤气流合理分布;西钢450m3高炉的高压操作经验数值为:顶压为热风压力的0.4 -0.6倍。
