目的:探讨动态血压监测(ABPM)对血压波动患者的临床诊治及意义。方法:选取2016年9月至2017年6月在贵阳中医二附院急诊科就诊的高血压患者60人,均进行诊室血压测量与动态血压监测。结果:ABPM诊断出的患者高血压级别低于诊室血压的判断结果(p<0.05)。结论:ABPM对判定患者血压水平、波动情况、指导临床个体化治疗及评估临床预后有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ambulatory blood pressure (ABPM) in patients with fluctuating blood pressure. Methods: Sixty hypertensive patients from September 2016 to June 2017 in Emergency Department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang were enrolled. Blood pressure measurement and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were performed. Results: The ABPM diagnosis of patients with lower blood pressure level than the prevalence of office judgment (p <0.05). Conclusion: ABPM is of great significance in determining the level and fluctuation of blood pressure in patients, guiding clinical individualized treatment and assessing the clinical prognosis.
