目的:分析细节管理在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中的临床应用。方法:选取60例2017年3月~2017年8月期间在本院接受治疗的终末期糖尿病肾病作为本次研究对象,将60例终末期糖尿病肾病按入院时间分为两组,每组30例,2017年3月~2017年5月期间入院的患者作为对照组,给予常规治疗;2017年6月~2017年8月期间入院的患者作为研究组,给予细节管理;护理后,观察两组患者护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果:研究组感染、低血糖、高血压以及低血压发生率均低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。研究组与对照组总满意率分别为93.33%、66.67%,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:细节管理可以有效降低终末期糖尿病肾病患者并发症发生率,患者的护理满意度也较高,值得临床大力推广。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application of detail management in hemodialysis care of patients with end stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty patients with end stage diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from March 2017 to August 2017 were enrolled in this study. Sixty patients with end stage diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups according to the time of admission, with 30 cases in each group , Patients admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to May 2017 as the control group were given routine treatment; patients admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to August 2017 were given the details of management; after nursing, the patients in both groups were observed Nursing satisfaction and complication rate. Results: The incidence of infection, hypoglycemia, hypertension and hypotension in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), with statistical significance. The total satisfaction rates of the study group and the control group were 93.33% and 66.67%, respectively, with significant differences (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: Detail management can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with end stage diabetic nephropathy, patients with higher satisfaction with nursing, it is worth clinical promotion.
