目的:观察益气健脾活血汤配合丽珠维三联(丽珠维三联枸橼酸铋钾/替硝唑/克林霉素组合包装丽珠集团丽珠制药厂生产批号161002.)治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将120例Hp阳性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为2组。观察组给予口服丽珠维三联(枸橼酸钾/替硝唑/克林霉素)的基础上加服中药益气养阴活血汤(黄芪、白术、太子参、山药、茯苓、白及、当归、砂仁、蒲公英、枳壳、、延胡索、丹参、三七)治疗;对照组60例给予口服丽珠维三联(枸橼酸钾/替硝唑/克林霉素)。2组患者均以4周为一疗程。治疗结束后观察溃疡愈合情况,以临床症状、电子胃镜、Hp根除率及不良反应发生情况。结果:察组与对照组比较,Hp根除率运用14C呼气试验结果显示明显提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率明显减少(P<0.05),消化性溃疡患者愈合情况差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾活血汤配合丽珠维三联(枸橼酸钾/替硝唑/克林霉素)治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性消化性溃疡疗效显著。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Decoction combined with Li-zhu-wei triple combination (Livzon vitamins triple bismuth potassium citrate / tinidazole / clindamycin combination packing Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory production lot No. 161002.) Clinical efficacy of Hp-associated peptic ulcer. Methods: 120 Hp-positive peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was given oral LiZuWei triple (potassium citrate / tinidazole / clindamycin) based on the plus Chinese medicine Yiqi Yangyinhuoxue Tang (Astragalus, Atractylodes, heterophylla, yam, Poria, white and, Angelica, Amomum, Dandelion, Citrus aurantium, Corydalis, Salvia, Panax Notoginseng); the control group of 60 patients given oral coumarin triple (potassium citrate / tinidazole / clindamycin). Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks. Observed after the treatment of ulcer healing, clinical symptoms, electronic endoscopy, Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions. Results: Compared with the control group, the Hp eradication rate was significantly increased by 14C breath test, the difference was significant (P <0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly decreased (P <0.05), the peptic ulcer patients healed The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Decoction combined with Lizhuwei triple (potassium citrate / tinidazole / clindamycin) in treating Helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer is significant.
