1993年11月13日上午,泗洪人民广播电台记者了解到:本县朱湖乡黄圩村农民朱某于去年初从人贩子手中买了一名4岁左右的幼童,并给他取名叫朱来喜。9月17日,小“来喜”在乡村公路上玩耍时,惨遭车祸,左腿被高位截肢,右腿也严重受伤。手术后,肇事者和买主都缴不起医药费用,至使孩子迟迟不能做植皮手术,孩子由于缺乏营养,身体极度虚弱。
