玻璃钢复合材料竖井梯子间1988年研制成功。初期于兖州、滕南、徐州、淮北等矿区十多个井筒安装使用,效果良好。本产品的推广应用为井筒装备防腐开辟了一条新路。它是井筒装备材料的重大改革,在国内尚属首创。 该产品的问世,解决了长期以来梯子间装备防腐这项一直没有得到很好解决的重要难题。玻璃钢复合材料梯子间具有重量轻、强度大、阻燃、抗静电等优越性能。尤其应用于井筒淋水大、湿度高、酸碱浸蚀严重的恶劣环境中,安全可靠,效果更为显著。更重要的是使用寿命可由原金属装备的10年左右延长到35~40年,工期亦可缩短近三分之一。
