随着“减轻孩子学业负担”的提议日益高涨,社会各界更强烈地呼吁给学生减负。但是减来减去,学生的书包依然沉重,他们的心情也丝毫没有轻松。因为学校和面临教学第一线的老师们都知道,没有作业是不可能的,要顺利学习后面的知识,必须在不断的练习中巩固知识,形成能力。既然如此,如何设计出少而精的作业还能体现出作业的有效性、趣味性、实践性,就成了学生减负的“良方”。近年来,愚园路第一小学以“规范作业设计、控制作业总量、提高作业效能”为指导思想,以学生学科学习能力的培养与开发为载体的做法值得我们借鉴。
