高校成人教育是我国人才培养的重要机构,我国所有企事业单位的人才培养几乎都来至于高校成人教育,由此可见,高校成人教育是我国发展的重要基础。随着我国社会的发展,市场机制升级转型,社会对人才的需求越来越多,要求也越来越高,传统的高校成人教育所培养出的人才显然不符合新时期的要求。本文分析了高校成人教育面临的问题,探析高校成人教育的发展,希望对促进高校成人教育有所帮助。
Adult education in colleges and universities is an important institution for cultivating talents in our country. For all enterprises and institutions in our country, almost all personnel training comes as far as adult education in colleges and universities. Thus, adult education in colleges and universities is an important foundation for our country’s development. With the development of our society and the upgrading of the market mechanism, the demand for talents in the society is increasing and the demand is also getting higher and higher. The talents trained by the traditional adult education in colleges obviously do not meet the requirements of the new era. This article analyzes the problems faced by adult education in colleges and universities and explores the development of adult education in colleges and universities. It is hoped that it will be helpful to promote adult education in colleges and universities.
