作者将8名成年、健康、不吸烟的志愿受试者分别在一个可作为体积描记器用的暴露室内(6421),暴露1.0ppmNO二小时。室内NO浓度由NO标准气瓶通过计量控制,使暴露室内NO浓度维持在平均1.0ppm(0.9~1.1ppm),而NO_2浓度仅在0.02~0.05ppm之间。并在暴露室内装有一部自行车功量计,在二小时实验期间受试者在50转/min,负荷功率50W的条件下踏自行车15分钟。然后在暴露一小时、二小时和暴露后的一小时恢复期间分别进行肺功能测定。
The authors exposed eight adult, healthy, non-smokers volunteers in an exposure chamber (6421) for plethysmography, exposing 1.0 ppm of NO for two hours. The indoor NO concentration was controlled by the NO standard gas cylinder so that the NO concentration in the exposed chamber was maintained at an average of 1.0 ppm (0.9-1.1 ppm) while the NO 2 concentration was only 0.02-0.05 ppm. A bicycle dynamometer was installed in the exposure room. During the two-hour experiment, the subject stepped on the bicycle for 15 minutes at a speed of 50 rev / min and a load power of 50W. Pulmonary function tests were then performed separately during the one hour, two hours of exposure and one hour of post-exposure recovery.
