体验式教学有利于确立学生学习的主体地位,激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,从而更好地掌握知识,并运用知识。文章从当前我国法学实践教学存在的问题入手,阐述了体验式教学法在法学实践课程中的应用。
Experiential teaching is conducive to establishing the dominant position of students ’learning, stimulating students’ initiative and enthusiasm in learning so as to better master knowledge and apply knowledge. The article starts with the current problems of law practice teaching in our country and expounds the application of experiential teaching method in law practice course.
