Water conservancy informatization is the measures and means for the modernization of water conservancy industry. It is the foundation and important symbol of water conservancy modernization. The information construction of irrigation area is one of the important contents of information construction of water conservancy. Accelerating the construction of irrigation district information is not only an important part of informationization, but also an urgent need of irrigation district’s own development.
