目的:探讨局部内毒素刺激对大鼠牙髓形成修复性牙本质的影响。方法:以内毒素注射于大鼠牙周组织,内毒素试剂盒检测血液中及逆行进入牙髓组织中的内毒素浓度,HE染色观察修复性牙本质形成情况。结果:血液中实验组与对照组间内毒素的含量差别有统计学意义,P<0.001。牙髓中实验组与阴性对照组,以及与空白对照组间内毒素的含量差别有统计学意义,P<0.001。HE染色可见注射位点附近修复性牙本质形成明显,髓腔变窄,牙本质小管排列紊乱。结论:内毒素在一定条件下能刺激大鼠牙髓组织,使其发生保护性反应,从而促进其矿化作用,加速修复性牙本质形成。
Objective: To investigate the effect of local endotoxin stimulation on the formation of dentin in rat pulp. Methods: The endotoxin was injected into the periodontal tissues of rats. The endotoxin kit was used to detect the endotoxin concentration in the blood and retrogradely into the pulp tissue. HE staining was used to observe the formation of reparative dentin. Results: The content of endotoxin in the blood between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.001). The content of endotoxin in experimental group, negative control group and blank control group in dental pulp had statistical significance, P <0.001. Hematoxylin-eosin staining showed that the formation of reparative dentin near the injection site was conspicuous, the medullary cavity narrowed and the dentinal tubules arranged disorderly. Conclusion: Endotoxin under certain conditions can stimulate the rat pulp tissue, making it a protective reaction, thereby promoting its mineralization and accelerate the formation of reparative dentin.
