细菌性阴道疾病(BV)与早产、晚期流产和产后感染有关。胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)是蜕膜内一种蛋白。其磷酸化对碘氧基苯甲醚(phosphorylated isoform,phIGFBP-1)由蜕膜产生,能用单克隆抗体6303查出。为观察phIGFBP-1能否是绒毛-蜕膜界面组织损伤的一种指示剂和妊娠妇女增加BV感染并发症危险的一种标志物,任意对照双盲观察妊娠期用阴道氯洁霉素治疗无症状的BV。对180例妊娠10~17周连续BV阳性妇女治疗前用宫颈拭子检查phlGFBP-1。全部淋球菌、沙眼衣原体阴性。BV诊断:用阴道涂片革兰氏染色,治疗开始后1周及妊娠33~36周复查。phIGFBP-1浓度测定用免疫酶法(immunoenzymometric aasay),达
