目的：比较湿润烧伤膏和磺胺嘧啶银在治疗会阴部深Ⅱ度烧伤中的疗效。方法：随机选择60例会阴部深Ⅱ度烧伤病人，30例采用湿润烧伤膏治疗(M组)，30例采用1%的磺胺嘧啶银治疗(S组)，观察两组治疗效果。结果：M组疼痛发生率，疤痕出现率，感染发生率以及手术例数，创面愈合时间均明显低于S组，(P<0.005)，有显著性差异。结论：在治疗会阴部深Ⅱ度烧伤时湿润烧伤膏优于磺胺嘧啶银。“,”Objective: To compare the efficacy of MEBO and SD-Ag Cream in treating perineal deep second degree burn. Method: 60 cases of perineal deep second degree burns were divided in random into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. The patients were treated respectively with MEBO and SD-Ag Creeam. Results: The rates of pain, scar formation, infection and surgical operation in MEBO group were significantly lower than that in SD-Ag Cream group (P<0.005). Conclusion: MEBO is superior to SD-Ag Cream in treating perineal burn.
