目的：观察152例摩托车排气筒烧伤的MEBO的治疗效果。方法：烧伤创面直接用耕耘换药刀将MEBO涂于创面，厚约3mm，内层MEBO油纱覆盖，外层用消毒干纱布包扎。结果：152例摩托车排气筒烧伤患者均用MEBO外涂包扎后不用任何抗生素，1周治愈者62例、2周治愈者70例、3周治愈者20例。结论：MEBO包扎治疗摩托车排气筒烧伤，简便易行、造价低，只需门诊换药，不需住院治疗，包扎后能使药物持续发挥作用，止痛效果好，抗感染力强，创面愈合快。“,”Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating 152 cases burned by motor-bicycle discharge pipe. Method: After washing the wound with 1% bromogeramine, MEBO was applied on the wound to a thickness of 3 mm, the wound was covered first with vaseline gauze and then bandaged with dry sterile cotton gauze. Results: 62 cases healed in 5 days, 90 cases healed in 6 to 14 days. No antibiotics were needed. Conclusion: MEBO bandaging method is very effective for treating burns caused by motor-bicycle discharge gas. No hospitalization is needed. This treatment has good analgesic and anti-infective effects and promotes wound healing.
