北京市崇文防治所于1978年2月对该区服务性行业进行肺部检查,结果在2,868服务人员中发现Ⅰ、Ⅱ组活动性肺结核13名,其中初治7名,复发6名;痰菌阳性3名。在2,219名非服务人员中仅发现Ⅱ组病人2名,前者较后者高6.5倍。服务人员现有肺结核总数为48名,患病率为1.67％;非服务人员中共计2名,患病率为0.09％。上述情况表明崇文区服务行业肺结核疫情较北京市其它城区为高,因此,今后应积极采取措施有效地开展结核病防治
Chongwen Prevention and Control Institute of Beijing conducted a lung examination of the service industries in the area in February 1978. As a result, 13,8 active tuberculosis patients were found in 2,868 service personnel, of whom 7 were initially treated and 6 were relapsed; sputum Positive 3.
