城市地下管线是城市的重要基础设施,是现代化城市高效率、高质量运转的保证。城市地下管线档案是城市规划、建设和管理的基础,也是地下管线安全运行的保证,对制定切实可行、技术先进和经济合理的规划设计与管理方案有着重要的作用。由于历史原因,各城市的地下管线档案及资料普遍存在着不完整、不准确的现象、给日常的城市建设与管理带来不便,为此必须通过普查来达到地下管线档案的完整与准确。
Urban underground pipelines are an important infrastructure of the city and guarantee the high efficiency and high quality operation of modern cities. Urban underground pipeline archives are the foundation of urban planning, construction and management, and also the guarantee for the safe operation of underground pipelines. They play an important role in the formulation of practical, feasible, technologically advanced and economically sound planning, design and management solutions. Due to historical reasons, the underground pipeline archives and data in various cities are generally incomplete and inaccurate. This inconveniences day-to-day urban construction and management. For this purpose, the underground pipeline archives must be completed and accurate through census.
