论述我国引入建设工程监理及其现阶段在建设项目实践中的现状。在对项目管理引入我国进行论述的基础上,总结出现阶段项目管理在我国项目实践中的现实状况。最后找出建设工程监理和项目管理在建设项目实践方面的差异,以期为我国建设工程监理今后的发展指明方向。
Discusses China’s introduction of construction supervision and project construction in the current stage of the status quo. Based on the introduction of project management in our country, this paper summarizes the actual situation of project management in our country during project implementation. Finally find the construction project supervision and project management in construction projects in practice differences, with a view to China’s construction supervision for the future direction of development.
