目的:研究补骨脂提取物与罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白多肽抗骨质疏松有效性和安全性。方法:以正常成长期雌性大鼠为模型,采用双能X射线吸收法(DXA)测定大鼠骨密度,同时进行大剂量长期毒性试验;以去双侧卵巢诱发骨质疏松大鼠为模型,观察其抗骨质疏松的作用。结果:补骨脂提取物与胶原蛋白多肽对正常大鼠股骨、胫骨骨密度未见明显增强作用,同时未见明显毒性,但能明显增加骨质疏松大鼠股骨骨密度,明显减少尿钙的排出量,保持体内足够的钙含量。结论:补骨脂提取物与罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白多肽具有明显的抗骨质疏松作用。
Objective: To study the anti-osteoporosis efficacy and safety of psoralen extract and tilapia scale collagen peptide.
