一、向前翻腾动作特点及发展情况 向前翻腾动作是指面对跳水池起跳,并朝体前方 向翻腾的动作。由于向前翻腾符合人的生理习惯,所 以大部分运动员学习较简单的向前翻腾动作相对较 容易,并且也较稳定。但是随着世界跳水动作朝着高 难度发展的趋势,要在激烈的竞争中获胜,必须通过 高效的翻腾能力训练来提高运动员的运动能力,掌握 具有更高难度系数的动作,如跳台的109C。 70年代,我国林世忠和美国运动员迈耶最早在世 界上尝试过使用过109C这个动作。80年代以后国家 少年集训队也先后有多人成功地完成了这一难度为
