吹灰器和热油式空气预热器(以下简称两器)是提高石油化工厂管式加热炉及锅炉热效率的重要设备之一。1979年江阴石油机械配件厂、天津暖风机厂接受上海炼油厂“两器”订货,在北京石油设计院的密切配合下,经过改革工艺,试制了样机,1979年8月在上海炼油厂投运。投运两年多来,效果良好,运转正常。到目前已投运了五百多台吹灰器,七套预热器。为充分听取广大用户的意见,进一步提高产品质量,江阴石油机械配件厂和天津暖风机厂于1981年12月16日至19日在江苏省无锡市联合召开了“两器”产品质量座谈会。
Soot blowers and hot oil air preheater (hereinafter referred to as two) is to improve the petrochemical plant tube furnace and boiler thermal efficiency of one of the important equipment. Put into operation more than two years, the effect is good, normal operation. Has been put into operation more than 500 soot blowers, seven sets of preheater. In order to fully listen to the opinions of the vast majority of users and further improve product quality, Jiangyin Petroleum Machinery Parts Factory and Tianjin Heater Factory jointly convened the “Two-Device” Product Quality Symposium in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province on December 16-19, 1981.
