报告1例阴茎汗管瘤.患者男,25岁.阴茎部散在丘疹1年余,无自觉症状.皮肤科检查:阴茎散在数个直径2～4 mm肤色及淡褐色丘疹,部分融合成斑块.皮损组织病理检查:真皮内可见多数呈逗号或蝌蚪状导管.诊断:汗管瘤.“,”A case of penile syringoma is reported.A 25-year-old man presented with a 1-year history of numerous asymptomatic papules on the penis.Physical examination showed numerous skin-colored and light brown papules sized 2-4 mm in diameter on the penile.Some papules coalesced into plaques.Histopathological examination revealed multiple comma or tadpole-shaped ductal structures in the dermis.Based on the pathologic findings,a diagnosis of syringoma was made.
