近期,为了满足开发商对于各板块需求数据的需要,华坤道威整合营销机构旗下的杭州华坤市场研究有限公司推出2005~2006年度“实效地产决胜资源”———《杭州各大板块需求发展状况深度研究报告》,本报告将杭州市区分成三墩、滨江(沿江)、滨江(腹地)等21个板块,按照产品类型(别墅/排屋、公寓、单身公寓)划分成3个报告类型,总计24份完整的板块需求报告。每一个板块报告均完整解析杭州各大板块规划与发展状况、板块供应量、板块内竞争楼盘分析、板块内标杆楼盘分析、板块动态需求变化研究以及板块内各楼盘媒体投放策略分析等。应《楼市》杂志的邀请,以下将现阶段公众关注度较高的下沙板块中需求报告部分的1/3左右内容予以发布,因篇幅因素,未能全部发布。
