儿童眼外伤是儿童最常见的眼病之一,由于儿童活泼好动、对自己的保护意识相对较差及儿童眼球的特定的解剖、生理等因素,致其发病率较成人高,且其严重程度往往较成人要大,是儿童致残、致盲的主要病因。合理有效的治疗与护理工作有利于患儿眼外伤的治疗效果,降低致残率、致盲率[1]。2006-08-2008-09我科对就诊的46例眼外伤患儿给予积极合理治疗及精心的护理,取得良好的效果,现报道如下。
