N-烷基化反应作为有机化合物合成中的一个重要单元反应,引起了越来越多的研究者的关注。目前研究最多、最活跃的是不断改进一些具有局限性的N-烷基化工艺,以获得更高效、高选择性和符合绿色化学要求的N-烷基化方法,并提高这些工艺在工业生产中的应用价值和商业价值。本文主要介绍了近五年来用金属、分子筛、离子液体、碱等催化的N-烷基化以及还原和选择性N-烷基化等方面取得的研究成果。
N-alkylation, as an important unit in the synthesis of organic compounds, has aroused more and more researchers’ attention. At present, the most studied and the most active is to continuously improve some of the limitations of the N-alkylation process in order to obtain more efficient, high selectivity and meet the requirements of green chemistry N-alkylation and improve these processes in industrial production In the application value and commercial value. This paper mainly introduces the research results of N-alkylation, reduction and selective N-alkylation catalyzed by metal, molecular sieve, ionic liquid and alkali in the past five years.
